Warranty Information

Stressful experience but got the phone

Firstly i chose the COD with 50% advance payment, but i was asked to pay full payment which i did on 31/12/25. Since then it was very difficult to contact. I got 1 voice note of they got payment but no tracking id was provided so i remained stressed throughout this period. And then, on 5/1/25 i got the mobile via courier. Throughout this period they never picked call or replied in full except 'ok, checking.." but atlast got the call from courier guy. And finally after this stressful experience i did not get the "free gift" .
