Microsoft Copilot Now Available as an App on Android
Microsoft just released a Copilot app just for Android users. The most recent OpenAI models, GPT-4 and DALL•E 3, are included in this software. They provide sophisticated AI features including quick and intricate replies and the ability to generate images from text descriptions. For basic usage, it may be downloaded for free and doesn't require a Microsoft login; however, logging in can unlock more functionality. The app's main objective is to give users access to Microsoft's AI conversation assistant without interfering with their Bing search experience. Notably, there is currently no iOS version of the app, but one is supposedly almost complete and will be released soon. Users of iPhones and iPads can presently utilize the Bing app to access Copilot capabilities.
The Microsoft Copilot software is intended to boost productivity and personalize responses more efficiently, especially since it is integrated with Microsoft Graph and Microsoft 365 technologies. In contrast to the official ChatGPT app, which charges for GPT-4 access, Copilot gives GPT-4 for free. Within a week of its release, the app has already had over 5,000 downloads from the Play Store.
Apart from its main features, the app may help with other things like vacation planning (itineraries and locations to visit within a budget suggestions), web page and research paper summarizing, and more. Because of this, it may be used for a wide range of both personal and professional purposes.
